Imprint

Successful imprinting is the heart of effective promo production. The right printing method is chosen by matching your design to the product’s material, surface finish, logo size, color count/gradients, and detail complexity. Our goal is simple: deliver a crisp, durable mark that represents your brand perfectly.

How we choose the method

We evaluate:

  • Material & surface: fabric, silicone, plastic, metal, glass, paper, leather, wood.

  • Logo size & detail: micro text, fine lines, halftones, gradients.

  • Color requirements: solid spot colors (PMS) vs. full-color images.

  • Durability & feel: scratch/wash resistance, tactile effects, premium look.

  • Budget & timeline: cost per color, setup fees, speed.

Common imprint methods

  • Screen Print / Silkscreen: bold spot colors on textiles and flat surfaces.

  • Pad Print: small, curved, or textured items (pens, tools).

  • Heat Transfer / DTF: complex artwork on fabrics with good color fidelity.

  • Sublimation: photo-quality, all-over prints on polyester coatings.

  • UV Digital Print: full-color, short runs, variable data, quick turns.

  • Laser Engraving: metal/wood/glass; premium, permanent finish.

  • Embroidery / Deboss / Emboss / Foil: elevated texture for apparel & leather.

Artwork & proofing

  • Send vector AI/PDF with outlined fonts and PMS color calls.

  • Our art team prepares an e-proof (size, position, colors) and—if helpful—suggests the best method for your item.

Pre-production sample (PPS)

Before releasing a formal order, we recommend a pre-production sample to confirm color, placement, and finish on the actual material. Once approved, we proceed to mass production.

Quality & consistency

During production we verify color accuracy, registration, and placement tolerances to ensure every unit meets your brand standard—so your promotion lands exactly as envisioned.
